Accessories for Aircast moonboot
The plastic shield that covers the foot and the shin split on the moonboot our friend lent to my wife. I checked your site and saw this photo and assumed that it was the plastic shield we needed. In fact it was a padded Toe Cover. Yes, I admit I didn’t read the description properly, But, you have to accept some responsibility for the lack of clarity as to what part you were selling. I read Toe Cover as being the plastic shield. I’m 76 and started my career as a Computer System Analyst and Programme Designer in 1968 and was taught from the start to be accurate in my descriptions of products and services to avoid the dreaded problem created by assuming how system users would interpret how the system worked. To assume is to make an Ass ( out of ) u (and) me!! This is a world wide problem today in computer systems. The Analysts and Designers do not have any empathy for the end user viewing their products. What you think the picture and words show is not always what your users think. This exercise has cost me $10.20 to return a $29.95 product for a refund. On top of that we have spent $179.95 purchasing a new moonboot from your company so we can give our friend back a fully functional moonboot. This is a huge cost to bare when trying to survive on the Age Pension. Hope this helps your Marketing and Design Staff to be more specific with product definitions In future. Regards Murray O’Hara
